🔁 Refund Policy

Applies To: All digital products, workshops, coaching, and training programs offered by Mentor Krishna

✅ Our Commitment

Our goal is to deliver transformational learning experiences that produce real results. Every course, live program, and mentorship session is created with deep intention and value.

However, we also believe in clear communication and transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

📌 General Refund Terms

🔹 1. Digital Products (eBooks, Instant Courses, Recordings)

These products are delivered instantly upon purchase.
➡️ No refunds will be issued for digital products.

🔹 2. Live Programs / Workshops

You are eligible for a 50% refund only if:

• You email us at ks@mentorkrishna.com within 48 hours of the program start time.

• You have not accessed more than 10% of the content or attended the first session.

📌 After the first session or after 48 hours from the program’s start, no refund will be processed.

🔹 3. Coaching Programs / 1:1 Mentorship / Group Coaching

Due to limited seat availability and high customization:

• No refunds will be provided once a coaching slot is booked.

• In genuine cases (medical, family emergency), we allow rescheduling within 30 days (supporting documents may be requested).

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

• You change your mind after enrolling.

• You did not attend the live sessions or complete the modules.

• You expected results without full participation and implementation.

• Personal circumstances prevent you from continuing.

🔄 Transfers & Credit Options (Case-by-case)

Instead of a refund, you may request:

• A one-time transfer to a future batch of the same program.

• A credit voucher for a different program (valid for 6 months).
  These are approved on a case-by-case basis.

💌 How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

Send an email to ks@mentorkrishna.com with:

• Your Full Name

• Program Name

• Date of Purchase

• Reason for Refund
